FAQs

I'm already busy. Will this just add more processes and overhead, or slow things down?

Not at all! My approach to team operations and processes is "less is more." I will teach participants how to eliminate unnecessary steps and find efficiencies, making it easier to get work done.

If my Ops person has a lot of experience but there are still challenges, should they join?

This program is crafted not only to impart a proven system but also to tackle the challenges hindering optimal performance. I recommend the program for any Ops Manager who isn't meeting expectations, as its aim is to streamline their role, enhance effectiveness, and foster a sense of accomplishment.

Looking at the curriculum, we already have a lot of these systems in place. Should they still join?

It all hinges on the effectiveness of these systems within your team. For instance, while many companies have an onboarding process, fewer have a fully mapped-out experience with success metrics at each stage. Similarly, regarding work tracking, while most companies do track work, it's essential to assess whether the system is functional or causing more challenges, and whether everyone is utilizing it uniformly.
